Deals 195% damage to an enemy and applies Resistance Down II and Ignite for 2 turns.

• Level 2: Damage +15%
• Level 3: Damage +15%
• Level 4: Ability cooldown is reduced by 1 turn.
• Unlock level cap in Mastery [Locked]
• Level 5: Damage +15%

Deals 165% damage to an enemy and applies Increased Damage Taen for 2 turns. If the enemy is affected by Increased Damage Taken, apply Random Stats Down for 2 turns.
